Job Description:

Amazon is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a remote work position that offers part-time hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services- Investigate and resolve client issues, escalating as needed to ensure prompt resolution- Maintain client records and update information as necessary- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Conduct research as needed to provide in-depth responses to client inquiries- Utilize persuasion skills to promote products and services to clients- Meet and exceed established performance goals and metrics- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Strong research skills and attention to detail- Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others- A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
