### Job Description:

Lennar, a leading homebuilder with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering outstanding service to our clients. As a Client Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, addressing client needs, and promoting lasting relationships between clients and our organization.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management:** Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

- **Client Support & Issue Resolution:** Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Use your resourcefulness to identify solutions, facilitate resolutions, and improve client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, construction, and warranty departments to ensure all client-related projects are executed flawlessly and in a timely manner.

- **Performance Analytics:** Monitor and analyze client feedback and service metrics to develop actionable insights that drive improvements in service delivery and customer retention.

- **Training & Mentorship:** Provide training and support to entry-level client service representatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and customer service excellence.

- **Reporting:** Generate regular reports outlining client service metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, providing management with a clear view of the client journey and service performance.

- **Best Practices Development:** Work collaboratively to develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for client service operations.

### Requirements:

**Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services, customer support, or account management within a fast-paced environment. Experience in the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus.

**Personality Traits:**
- **Adaptable:** Capable of adjusting to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Resourceful:** Skilled at leveraging available resources to solve problems and meet client needs effectively.

**Soft Skills:**
- **Emotional Intelligence:** Strong ability to empathize with clients, understand their emotions and motivations, and respond appropriately to foster trust and rapport.
- **Creativity:** Ability to think outside the box when developing solutions to client challenges and finding ways to enhance their overall experience with Lennar.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
