Client Service Officer

EOG Resources is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.

As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients- Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner- Conducting research to understand clients' needs and preferences- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services- Providing feedback to management to improve client experience

The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you must have a passion for delivering excellent client service and be able to communicate professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
