Job Description:
ExxonMobil is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time associate level position requires at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong client relationships- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or concerns that may arise- Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention- Assist in the development of client service policies and procedures- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements as needed
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in client service or a related field- Independent and dedicated personality traits- Excellent time management and project management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
