Job Description:
S&P Global is seeking a reliable and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Associate level position, the Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests- Utilize strong people management and decision-making skills to address client issues effectively- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their accounts and services- Continuously strive to improve the client experience and find opportunities to add value
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in client service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting- Reliable and energetic with a positive attitude- Strong people management and decision-making skills- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
