Our team is growing, and we're looking for our next problem-solving client service representative/dispatcher. We're looking for an organized client service representative/dispatcher to help our growing customer base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for handling customer requests and complaints and preparing work schedule. You'll also communicate with customers and field units using telephones and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
