Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Client Service Specialist to join our team at BMW in San Diego, California. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the brand- Coordinate with internal departments to address client concerns and provide timely resolutions- Manage client accounts, update information, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system- Stay up-to-date on BMW products and services to effectively educate clients and promote brand loyalty- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth

Requirements:- Resourceful and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Cooperates well with others and can negotiate effectively in challenging situations- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
