Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Client Service Specialist to join our team at Alcoa. This is a remote part-time position based in Seattle, Washington, US, at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client services and a strong passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships- Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience- Assist in the implementation of new client initiatives and strategies- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 3+ years of experience in client services- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and resourceful attitude- Adaptability and creativity in problem-solving- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
