Job Description:
L-3 Communications is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team and work remotely from home in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and adaptable individual with at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. As an Associate Level Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with various internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues effectively- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Monitor client satisfaction levels and seek feedback to continuously improve service delivery- Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to enhance overall client experience- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong adaptability and critical thinking abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
