**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Gather and analyze client information to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Document client interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of PepsiCo's product offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Stay updated on new product launches and company initiatives to communicate effectively with clients.

4. **Research & Reporting:**
- Conduct detailed research to answer client questions and resolve concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends to assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless client service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role or a related field.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in communication and reporting.
