Job Description:
As a Client Facing Tech Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions for Vialto clients. In the role you will define integration and reporting requirements, work with systems and data to transform, integrate and report on mobility information to provide technology solutions to streamline processes. Your efforts in this area will ensure Vialto delivers comprehensive reporting and integration capabilities to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their technical integration requirements and reporting needs.
Design and implement tailored technical solutions to integrate client systems with company platforms.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate data flow.
Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to clients.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions on time.
Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
Fields of Study: STEM, Business, Information Management, Management Information Systems.
