The Client Services Associate supports internal client account managers who work with plan sponsors at a leading financial firm. This role involves handling administrative tasks, data research, and responding to requests submitted by client account managers through a SharePoint intake form. The Associate will intake tasks such as benefit splits or fee invoices, assign themselves open tasks in the system, and support client account managers in providing a seamless experience for plan sponsors. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or those with a background in customer service, data analytics, or financial services to grow in a client-facing administrative role.
Key ** Maintain regular communication with assigned Client Account Managers to support the operational and administrative needs of client plans.Complete daily administrative activities for client plan operations, ensuring all procedures and requirements are met.Conduct data research, reporting, and resolve basic or routine client issues as requested by client account managers, escalating complex matters when needed.Assist with internal initiatives aimed at improving quality and efficiency within the Client Administration department.Navigate internal systems, resources, and processes effectively to address client needs and resolve issues related to Retirement Plan Services. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, and or Finance Customer service experienceInternship experience, ideally within financial services or retirement plan transitions (preferred).Analytical mindset with experience or an interest in data analytics or research (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint, for task intake and tracking.
