We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator for Bluestem Brands to be located at our St. Cloud, MN Distribution Center. The Client Services Coordinator serves as the liaison between clients and the company, ensuring a seamless client experience. This role involves responding to client requests, providing support, and maintaining excellent communication to meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing client needs while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
This role is onsite and based out of our St. Cloud, MN Distribution Center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communication Skills: Respond promptly to client emails and calls.Effectively communicate client questions/concerns to internal teams.Support Role: Assist Account Manager and Implementation Manager during client implementations.Provide administrative support to the Account Manager as needed.Tracking and Reporting: Maintain tracking systems for client implementation progress.Generate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly client activities.Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate production records for client activities.Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues.Foster positive relationships with clients and team members.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.Problem-Solving Abilities: Identify client concerns and escalate appropriately.Proactively suggest improvements to processes and workflows.Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.Customer-Focused Mindset: Understand client needs and advocate for their best interests.Strive to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.1-3 years of experience in a client services, customer support, or administrative role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with project management tools: Excel, SQL, and HighJumpPrior experience in Inbound and Outbound processes is a plus.Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve client satisfaction.More About Bluestem Brands: BLST Operating Company (Bluestem Brands) is a group of FinTech and eCommerce Retail businesses (www.bluestem.com) led by our Fingerhut and Orchard Portfolios.
