Client Services Representatives

MUST BE ABLE TO START RIGHT AWAY!! - ENTRY LEVEL ROLE Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet new customers Follow up with existing customers to improve retention Assist new customers with enrollment Educate customers on new program options to improve their services Conduct formal presentations to prospective customers Management of territories This is NOT a call center position and involves face-to-face interactions with customers What we provide: Qualified candidates will receive fully comprehensive training in the areas of customer service, marketing, and sales.
