Opportunity As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you'll play a critical role in shaping the experience of Brooklyn clients on the company's proprietary platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our clients to prioritize and triage their requests, answer product-related questions, and work with both the Brooklyn team and our distribution partners on client-service related matters. As Brooklyn finds itself at a juncture of accelerating growth, this CSM role is an opportunity to ensure that each of our clients has a top-notch experience, and to proactively inform product management's decision-making based on client feedback.
\n You will:Act as a first port of call for client questions, ensuring that all questions are addressed and any issues are resolved proactively and efficiently Liaise with other members of the Brooklyn team, and Brooklyn's distribution partners, to address client questionsAssist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Brooklyn's platform Play a leadership role in client service process improvements and automation, as may be applicableRegularly and, at times, proactively interact or meet with existing, new, and potential clients to build strong relationships, in order to encourage continued client successGather feedback from clients on products and services, providing insight and relaying the "voice of the client" to internal teams, including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Operations The role is a fit if you:Are extremely organized, high energy, and able to balance many moving pieces at once in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Have deep attention to detailExhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Are independent and able to exercise sound judgment when making time-sensitive decisionsAre a fast learner that's adaptable and can grasp complex concepts quickly Have a track record of success building relationships (inside and / or outside of work)Bachelor's Degree from a top 4-year university or collegeInterest in finance and / or asset management is a mustRelevant CSM experience is a plus
