AppLovin's e-commerce team helps e-commerce brands convert new and repeat shoppers at a massive scale through our industry-leading network of in-app supply. By leveraging the same performance-based targeting techniques as Social, Audience+ delivers the right ads to the right shoppers in order to ensure advertisers reach their ROI goals. This is achieved by adapting AppLovin's renowned AI-advertising engine, AXON, previously celebrated in mobile performance marketing, to the e-commerce sector. We are looking for a motivated and analytical client success expert with experience in eCommerce marketing. With our successful pilot completed, we are now ready to scale this product to market. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the client experience for a new business line from its inception and play a key role in driving significant results for our partners. In this prominent role, you will be crucial to the success of AppLovin's new eCommerce advertising initiative. You will engage directly with eCommerce partners and participate in strategic discussions with digital marketers, focusing on optimizing performance advertising campaigns, driving results through top-performing creative strategies, and helping unlock budgets to maximize our share of voice. Who you areTop performer with experience in digital marketing and ad tech, particularly in the eCommerce sector; expertise with platforms like Shopify is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.Balances operational and analytical skills, capable of acting both as an operator/analyst and a trusted advisor when necessary.Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What you'll doProactively engage new/existing e-commerce brands to understand their performance advertising goals and optimize campaigns with the right creative and landing page strategies.Employ a consultative approach, building trusted relationships with Heads of Marketing/Growth to help unlock budgets for maximum impact.Understand what matters most to your partners and implement tailored action plans to drive growth.Collaborate with the broader AppLovin Client Success, Business Development, and Sales teams in the region.Attend industry events and conferences to represent AppLovin, building your industry knowledge and fostering meaningful relationships with key partners.RequirementsBA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.At least 3 years of client-facing experience working with digital marketers (ecommerce experience preferred).Understanding of the mobile ad & ecommerce ecosystems.
