The Daily Wire is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our Ad Development team! The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for supporting the optimization of advertising campaigns to maximize performance for Daily Wire's advertising partners, with a focus on podcast advertising copy management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Ad Campaign Collaboration Collaborate with the Ad Revenue team to assist in brainstorming, managing, and delivering ad campaigns across Podcast, Web, Email, and YouTube. Campaign Launch and Optimization Support the launch of campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and assisting with ongoing campaign maintenance. Reporting and Analysis Provide detailed reporting and insights on campaign performance and optimizations. Advertiser Support and Case Studies Assist with advertiser support tasks, including the preparation of case studies and other assigned duties. Ad Copy Coordination Review ad copy received from agencies and clients, provide recommendations for optimization, and ensure quality before submission to talent. Support ongoing improvements in collaboration with production teams and clients. Scheduling and Onboarding Coordinate ad copy schedules to meet production timelines. Participate in onboarding calls to capture client priorities and assist in improving ad copy strategies. Audience-Centric Copy Support Research audience behavior, trends, and statistics to contribute to tailored copy recommendations that resonate with the Daily Wire audience. Other Duties as Assigned Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate. REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Education At minimum a High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies 3+ years of professional experience in audio and digital advertising, including podcast advertising or copywriting. Strong passion for audio and digital strategies, with a results-driven mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented multitasker with strong organizational abilities. Solid analytical and project management capabilities. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Proficient in CRM tools, order management systems, ad servers, and digital media technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite tools.
