Client Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our team at CBS in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Providing excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels- Assisting clients with troubleshooting technical issues and problem-solving- Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Assisting with presentations and other client-facing materials- Conducting research to support client initiatives

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: passionate and motivated. Additionally, strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills are essential soft skills required for this position.
