**Job Description:**

Office Depot is seeking a passionate and driven Client Support Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive timely and effective support, enhancing their overall experience with Office Depot.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Assistance:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and in-person communications.
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate product and service information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. **Order Management:**
- Process client orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to track orders and oversee timely delivery.

3. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare and manage reports as needed to assess client satisfaction and support service performance.

4. **Problem Resolution:**
- Handle client complaints and concerns with professionalism, working towards resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the Client Support Manager when necessary, while ensuring the client is kept informed.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on client interactions and suggest improvements to services.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and service improvements.

6. **Presentation of Services:**
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations or training sessions to clients as needed, showcasing Office Depot's products and services.

7. **Time Management:**
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines associated with client requests and internal processes.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- **Experience:** 1 year of prior experience in customer service or support roles.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about providing excellent customer support and fostering client relationships.
- Driven to achieve individual and team goals.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and inform clients.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and adapt to varying workloads.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools related to client support.
