Job Description:

Kabbage is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting them with their needs. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to support their needs- Assist clients with troubleshooting any issues, escalating issues as needed- Process client requests and transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain client records and documentation in a thorough and organized manner- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall customer experience- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty- Contribute to team meetings and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in customer service

Requirements:- Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong passion for helping others- Excellent analytical and planning skills to effectively manage client needs- At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
