Job Description:

As a Client Support Manager at Hershey in Chicago, Illinois, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of client support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, working to understand their needs and preferences- Oversee a team of client support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support- Monitor key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution rates- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are being met- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the value of our products and services- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support and customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 8+ years of experience in client support or customer service, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and independent, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Persuasion skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships- Presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Knowledge of CRM systems and client support software- Life insurance, Free accommodation, and Paid Time Off (PTO)- Cultivate a sense of ownership and responsibility at every level
