Job Description:

Seaboard is seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field, and will be passionate about providing excellent customer service. This is an Associate Level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of client support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention- Handle escalated client issues and provide timely resolutions- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- At least 5 years of experience in client support or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision- Proven track record of innovation and implementing new ideas- Experience in people management and team leadership- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
