Job Description:

Loews in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a highly experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in client support and management. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, and possess strong strategic planning and organization skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of client support representatives to provide exceptional service to our clients- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns in a timely manner- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their feedback and address any issues- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed to achieve goals- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to ensure the team is delivering high-quality service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 7+ years of experience in client support and management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience managing a team of client support representatives is preferred
