Job Description:

NetApp is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager for our San Diego, California office. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in client support and a mid-to-senior level of seniority. We are looking for a resilient and driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all support-related inquiries
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct regular client meetings to review support performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement support strategies to enhance the overall client experience and drive business growth
- Analyze support data and metrics to track performance and identify trends that can be used to improve support processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve our services

Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in client support or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Innovation mindset and willingness to adapt to changing client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
