Job Description:

Mattel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time Client Support Manager at Mattel, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Providing timely and efficient responses to client inquiries and issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions
- Monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction
- Analyzing client data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships
- Creating reports and presentations to update key stakeholders on client status and performance
- Representing the company at client meetings and events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in client support or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and resourceful with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
