Job Description:

United Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to work remotely from Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery of services
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and mentor junior client support staff
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Resourceful and driven mindset
- Leadership abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
