- **Support Strategy Development:**
Design and implement strategies to enhance client support initiatives, focusing on increasing efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall service experience.
- **Issue Resolution:**

- **Performance Metrics:**

**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or related fields, ideally with a focus on the energy sector or a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
