### **Job Description**

As a Client Support Officer at Yum Brands, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while working remotely. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve client issues by conducting thorough investigations, troubleshooting problems, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issues in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure consistent information flow and to provide clients with timely updates regarding their inquiries.
- **Training and Development:** Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current on product knowledge, service offerings, and best practices in client support.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather client feedback regarding their experience and collaborate with the management team to implement improvements to our services.
- **Presentation:** Prepare and present reports on client feedback trends and service performance to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement and showcasing successful initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery, reduce issue resolution times, and create a more efficient workflow.

### **Requirements**

#### **Experience & Education:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced or service-oriented industry.
- High school diploma required; an associate degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.

#### **Skills & Competencies:**

- **Driven:** A self-motivated individual with a strong passion for delivering excellent service and continuously improving processes.
- **Passionate:** A genuine enthusiasm for helping clients and a deep understanding of the value of customer satisfaction.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong cooperation and teamwork skills; ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and compellingly.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools (experience with ticketing systems is a plus). IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
