Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented individual to join our client marketing and support team! Our Client Support Representative role is a full-time position.

Client Support Representatives are the initial point of contact
Client Support Representative Responsibilities: Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions Handling order-related questions, inquiries, and requests from customers Recommends products that will meet customers' needs Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Contributes to Client Support team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintaining current knowledge of products offered Perform all other duties related to the Client Support Representative role as assigned Requirements of a Client Support Representative: Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Product knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Resolving Conflict, Multi-tasking Bachelor's degree is preferred Support company values and standards of integrity Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism Must be able to function as part of a team as well as independently #LI-Onsite
