Job Description:

Cameron International, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This entry-level position is ideal for hardworking and resilient individuals who possess emotional intelligence and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting with our products and services.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.5. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients.6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.7. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by actively engaging in team meetings and activities.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.2. Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with clients' needs.3. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.6. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
