Client Support Representative - Work From Home

Core-Mark Holding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of relevant experience in client support.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support- Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction- Handle and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies- Assist in training and onboarding of new clients

Requirements:- Proven experience in client support or customer service roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Adaptable and energetic personality- Strong negotiation and time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
