Client Support Trainee

We are seeking an entry-level Client Support Trainee to assist our new and existing nonprofit clients in their mission to expand their charitable reach. This role requires a proactive approach to innovative fundraising initiatives that enhance community contributions for our partnered charities. The Client Support Trainee will play a pivotal role in executing direct campaigns and engaging with consumers to promote our clients' causes and missions. This entry-level position offers the exciting opportunity to advance into other roles within the company, and cross-functional teamwork allows our trainees to discover what they truly enjoy doing professionally. Responsibilities of a Client Support Trainee: Donor Engagement: Engage with potential donors during fundraising events, establishing strong relationships to drive charitable contributions for clienteleContinuous Learning: Acquire in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and participate in ongoing professional development through educational training, both in-office and virtuallyCollaborative Innovation: Contribute to daily meetings focused on understanding client requirements and brainstorming ways to optimize campaign outcomesClient Relationship Maintenance: Stay informed about our charity partners' missions and follow up with potential donors (when necessary) to strengthen connectionsResolution of Concerns: Promptly address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our clients and servicesCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries and requests from our charity clients, ensuring seamless operationsRequirements of a Client Support Trainee: While a background in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred, it is not mandatory (this is an entry-level position with training provided)Possess 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role to excel in managing relationshipsExhibit a strong desire to actively contribute to the community by supporting charitable causesAvailable for in-person meetings and entry-level training sessions at our officeComfortably address both small and large groups, displaying strong communication skillsThrive in both independent and team-based work environmentsExemplifying a solution-oriented attitude and a willingness to support team-members#LI-Onsite
