Requirements Clinical Nurse Specialist/ Nurse Educator Master's degree as a CNS preferred or Master's degree in nursing required Current Certification in Nursing required Critical care experience required Responsibilities Demonstrated skills as an educator and consultant Ability to create, revise and uphold policies and procedures utilizing principles of evidence based practice and research Demonstrates accountability, autonomy and leadership in worked experience
