Responsibilities: Develop and implement hands-on training programs Support clinic leads with training programs to streamline MA workflow and ensure staff work independently within established timelines. Assist with onboarding and in the room training. Collaborate on hiring, promotions, reviews, improvement plans and terminations to maintain an efficient team. Ensure proper staff scheduling for uninterrupted clinic coverage. Conduct quarterly conversations with MAs, addressing escalations and resolving conflicts urgently. Review Vision and Values to uphold clinic standards and resolve conflicts. Manage special projects and represent the clinical team at leadership meetings for continuous improvement. Conduct meetings with clinical leads Coordinate patient flow in waiting rooms and exam rooms. Respond to urgent/emergent situations, ensuring patient safety. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Provide clinic coverage as needed. Additional duties that help ensure the clinic runs efficiently and aligns with company vision and values.
