We are looking for individuals who are interested in honing the skills to provide community-based, high-quality, and culturally responsive mental health care.
If you are accepted into the program, you will receive:
Weekly supervision with an experienced, independently licensed clinician to support the hours needed to achieve independent licensure
Bi-weekly group supervision to enhance the learning experience and gain skills from multi-disciplinary clinicians
Bi-weekly didactic training modules on the clinical and administrative topics that are imperative to building a successful private practice
Cohort social events and volunteer opportunities to build community with other CCPDP clinicians
Advanced year licensure preparation to support achieving independent licensure
A welcoming community culture with 60+ clinicians with over 30 years of interdisciplinary experience for collaboration and peer consultation
The opportunity to learn from multiple disciplines, including Psychologists, Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage & Family Therapists

Begin your journey with an annual stipend of $40,000. As you establish and sustain a full caseload, your remuneration will increase to $50,000, along with further financial incentives. Our commitment to your professional growth is evident: we provide individual and group supervision at no extra charge. Additionally, you'll have access to various clinical tools to enhance your service delivery. Benefit from a comprehensive year of didactic training modules—a package worth $13,000. Please note that the program commences shortly after Labor Day.
