Partnerships for People, Inc. is currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
Responsibilities Include: Develops, implements, and evaluates behavioral and/or other plans of support and assists designated clinical staff in the development and implementation of behavioral support plans in assigned area.
Promotes the use and application of Person-Centered Planning and Positive Approaches to develop skills within each person supported.
Maintains broad knowledge of the human services field in areas such as licensing regulations, positive behavior changes techniques, restrictive procedures, assessment and treatment of challenging behavior or dual diagnosis.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing, federal, state, and local regulations.
Educates teams members on the implementation of support plans for individuals, models appropriate strategies and techniques, provides necessary feedback to ensure supports are consistent with individuals' plans.

Master's degree preferred Experience or strong interest in the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis Proficient computer skills Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Valid New Jersey Driver's License and daily access to properly maintained and insured vehicle Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Background check and FBI clearances, MVR, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI), and Drug Testing
