Position Summary
The role of the Clinic Coordinator is essential in guaranteeing the quality of services delivered to patients by efficiently managing day-to-day operations at assigned MOS locations.
This position holds the responsibility of coordinating staffing, upholding patient care standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing concerns, and overseeing a range of administrative duties.
Moreover, the Clinic Coordinator will directly offer services as directed by Operations leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assures appropriate staffing for all job functions at their assigned site.
Works with staff to ensure efforts are coordinated and high-quality patient care is provided.
Ensures that staff adhere to HIPAA, security, privacy, OSHA, and compliance policies.
Fields and addresses staff and providers concerns and escalates issues outside of their scope to Director of Operations.
Resolves patient complaints at the clinic level and follows up with the Director of Operations.
Tracks Patient Satisfaction Surveys.
Resolves patient issues in a timely manner.
Monitors the Clarus dashboard and the on-call schedule.
Coordinates and schedules equipment maintenance.
Reconciles and delivers time of service money monthly.
Maintains and orders medical and office supplies for clinic.
Manages timekeeping within accordance of MOS policies and submits to payroll by requested deadline.
Coordinate with Facilities Representative for building-related issues.
All other duties as assigned by MOS Leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The clinic coordinator will supervise and assign the daily activities of each staff member at the assigned site.
The clinic coordinator will contribute to performance reviews for all staff along with the appropriate MOS team lead and the Director of Operations.
Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications
Associates degree in a health care related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 2 years' experience in a medical setting, preferably in a leadership position.
