Position Overview
The Clinical Counselor will provide critical mental and behavioral health interventions to youth and their families. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Counselor will develop treatment plans, offer individual, group, and family counseling, and conduct home or school visits as needed.
Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients.Provide counseling services tailored to youth and families, including individual, group, and family sessions.Conduct home or school visits to ensure consistent support.Collaborate with other professionals to create a holistic approach to client care. Qualifications Education:Master's degree required.Experience: Previous counseling experience with adolescents is required.Licensing: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (proof of insurance may be required). LSW or CADC preferred.
