Clinical Director - Crisis Residential Facility (CRF) - 5k Sign-On Full time Riam Recruiting has the pleasure of partnering with a well-known behavioral and mental health company based in Southern California with locations in 5 different states. They have been in business for almost 60 years.
They are seeking a Clinical Director for their 16-bed short-term crisis resident facility (CRF) in Martinez, California. Patients are adults 18 and older who require crisis support to avoid hospitalization or are discharged from the hospital or long-term locked facilities.
In this Clinical Director mid-level management position and under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to the multidisciplinary teams and programs. This role oversees 14 employees, including two licensed clinicians; the rest are support staff. At least two years of direct clinical leadership experience is highly preferred. An LSCW or LMFT is required.
While the client is very participative, the Administrator would like a confident leader and someone who can be autonomous without much direction.
Office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. The salary range is around $110k-$135k, and is offering a 5k sign-on bonus.
