Capitol Hill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is a reputable counseling and consultation organization dedicated to improving mental health in the D.C., Virginia and Maryland area. Position Overview: The Clinical Director will oversee and manage all clinical operations in line with the strategic goals of the organization, collaborating closely with the Practice Owner and Senior Leadership Team. This role is key in ensuring the development and adherence to clinical guidelines, supervising the clinical staff, and implementing procedures that support the company's mission and community outreach efforts. The Clinical Director is also responsible for maintaining a personal clinical caseload and providing leadership in community engagement initiatives across Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland.
General Areas of Responsibility: Lead and manage the clinical operations to meet the company's goals as directed by the Practice Owner and Senior Leadership Team. Develop and maintain up-to-date clinical guidelines and supervision protocols, ensuring standardization and functionality within CCCC LLC. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures for clinical staff and contractors, maintaining high standards of clinical care and performance. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve key performance indicators in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical personnel. Foster clinician development through ongoing education and training, ensuring high-level competence in clinical skills aligned with the community's needs and CCCC's mission. Design, staff, and sustain community outreach programs within the DC, VA, and MD areas. Maintain a personal clinical caseload of 5-10 clients per week. Provide onsite coverage as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. General Leadership Characteristics: Uphold the vision, mission, and core values of the organization, projecting a positive organizational image to all stakeholders. Actively participate in internal and external meetings, providing quick and effective resolutions to discussions and challenges. Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for personal work products and behavior, handling conflicts constructively for positive outcomes. Lead and navigate operational challenges and crises, directing them toward successful resolutions. Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective, timely communication (both verbal and written). Qualifications: Must be independently licensed in at least one jurisdiction (MD, VA, and/or DC) and willing to obtain licensure in all within 3 months. Board-approved supervisor or willingness to become one in at least two jurisdictions. Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience. Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical management experience. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the DMV area (relocation assistance not provided). Salary negotiable dependent upon experience. Minimum of $90,000 per year plus benefits.
