Wayside Youth & Family Support Network's Framingham site is looking for an innovative, out of the box thinker to oversee all clinical aspects of the services provided out of Wayside Youth & Family Support Network's Framingham site. The Clinical Director provides clinical and supervisory leadership and consultation to clinical staff providing community-based and outpatient therapeutic services.
What you will do: Provide clinical training and consultation to the site's management team and larger staff team including, but not limited to, Clinicians, Youth & Family Support workers, Parent Partners, and Peer Mentors.Ensure compliance with performance specifications for the array of in-home and outpatient services.Work closely with the Site Director to facilitate oversight of all cases as well as ensure all clinical compliance standards are being met.Develop, organize, and update clinical tools, guides and interventions to support quality clinical documentation, culturally responsive treatment, and ensure client connection to long-term supports.Plan and co-facilitate weekly site team meetings in consultation with the Site Director and Program Directors.Coordinate follow up on chart Utilization Review and participate on the agency UR team.Oversee the implementation of all Motivational Interviewing, ARC and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training.Participate in the Agency Clinical Quality Committee, Clinical Risk meetings and other agency committees.Be a member of the site management team committed to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture for staff and to ensure high quality, culturally informed and responsive, and person-centered services are provided.Support Site Director with hiring and onboarding of site staff.Provide weekly clinical supervision to staff and interns.Oversee special projects as needed.Competencies/Traits of Our Superstars: Demonstrates high quality skilled communication centered in equity and curiosity (i.e. ability to connect with others, approachability, being respectful to others, able to communicate at all levels, strong client engagement skills, etc.).Creative clinical knowledge, with specific work with youth, young adults, and families using a variety of evidence-based models focused.Demonstrates high quality writing skills and ability to teach and support staff to complete documentation that meets specifications.Is a natural leader with the ability to teach, mentor, and coach others.Ability to assess and manage risk and crisis management (i.e. comfortable handling unpredictable situations, must be effective at directing others in a crisis).Collaborative and ability to work as part of a team.Aligns with the values of being person-centered, resiliency focused, and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Master's degree and independent licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC required).At least 2+ years of experience working with youth and families.Understand youth and family serving systems (child welfare, mental health, insurance).Previous supervisory experience preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicle.We will train you in: Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC); Trauma Informed Practice.
