This is a Clinical Director position located in Monmouth County, NJ! 9AM-5:30PM, in Center! We are requesting that you have been a BCBA for at least 3 years. No Billable Hours. Benefits to Working at Blue Balloon ABA: Join a team of qualified, dedicated professionals Competitive, flexible pay Flexible schedule Quarterly bonus eligible Referral bonuses Professional development opportunities Focus on clinical quality Comprehensive benefit package 401(k) Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Continuing education reimbursement Professional development assistance Duties/Responsibilities: Provide behavior-analytic services Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs Conduct regular parent training sessions Conduct assessments and reassessments Conduct treatment planning sessions Coordinate care with primary care physicians & other professionals Manage own schedule and caseload Monthly BCBA meetings Provide clinical support and training to current BCBAs Ensure center has structured schedule Onboard BCBAs to center Attend parent supervision and training sessions until BCBA passes competency Quarterly center training for RBTs Annual reviews Requirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable) Completion of BCBA supervision training 1+ years' experience working with children with developmental disabilities To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children), you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds. CPR & First Aid training required
