Clinical Director (Licsw, Lmhc, Ladc) - Natick, Ma

We are seeking a Clinical Director to oversee a residential program for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Located in the Natick, MA area, these programs provide a serene, recovery-focused environment. As Clinical Director, you will manage clinical services, oversee treatment planning, supervise staff, and ensure residents receive comprehensive support for reintegration into the community.Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience as an LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
