Responsibilities:The RN Clinical Director provides overall direction and clinical management for home care services, compliant with all regulatory state and/or federal requirements. In addition, the RN Clinical Director also supports the agency business plan.

Additional responsibilities:

Takes/Reviews/Converts home care referrals and works with office staff to ensure that cases are appropriately authorized for services.Conducts/Supervises client care including assessment, recertification, care plan development, coordination of services, discharge planning and periodic evaluation of client care.Supports office staff with recruitment, new hire processing, and scheduling issues.Takes, documents, and supports the resolution of complaints.Oversees Home Health Aide requirements for in-service and competency.Conducts quarterly clinical reviews and PAG meetings as required by state regulations.Conducts home visits.Works with office staff to facilitate a recruitment program for staff for growth and adequate coverage of existing cases.Supports and exemplifies AWESome company initiatives.QualificationsWe are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence that can ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. Specific requirements:

Bachelor's degree in nursing preferredCurrent unencumbered RN License in Arizona3 years of current nursing experience as an RN1+ years of experience in home health careManagement experience within the last 3 years that included hiring and firingKnowledge of home health care regulationsKnowledge of insurance and reimbursement criteria for home care services#CORP123
