Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs. Provide direct speech and language therapy tailored to student goals, with mentorship from a licensed SLP. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate communication goals within the classroom. Participate in IEP meetings to share progress and recommendations with the education team. Document and track student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
