Job Description: We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) in West Palm Beach, FL. This school-based position is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience while receiving mentorship and support from experienced professionals. The SLP-CF will provide therapy services to students with various communication disorders, work on individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate with school staff to ensure student success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students. Provide therapy in individual and group settings to address speech and language goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals. Participate in IEP meetings to discuss progress and therapy goals. Receive ongoing mentorship and supervision from licensed SLPs. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) with ASHA. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for working with children in a school-based setting.
