Responsibilities include performing technically complex serologic and molecular HLA testing and analyze the results. Operate, calibrate, and maintain test equipment. Monitor reagent supply inventory and perform quality control of new reagents. Perform processing of cells and sera. Maintain competency and proficiency in tests performed.
