Clinical Lab Technologist - Rapid Response

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Technologist to join a dynamic Rapid Response lab just miles from Mount Vernon This full-time position 8 AM - 4 PM offering the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge laboratory environment with a focus on preparing pathological slides for diagnostic procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency tests on various body fluids using automated and manual equipment Prepare reagents and manage inventory Assist with order entry and phone inquiries Provide guidance to technicians and train new employees Maintain a clean work area following Infection Control guidelines Handle additional lab tasks as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in a physical science; medical technology preferred. New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License or a limited permit is required. Proficiency with laboratory and hospital information system computers, as well as various automated and laboratory equipment, is essential.
