Gresham Smith's Healthcare Advisory Services is a unique offering within the industry focused on strategic planning, clinical improvement, design support for operational planning with future opportunities in medical equipment and activation planning. We work in conjunction with our Healthcare Architects and Engineers to ensure we are solving the right issues in an operationally efficient manner and advising our clients how the built environment can influence clinical effectiveness while meeting the Triple Aim of Healthcare. Responsibilities: Engage in thorough data evaluation to understand patient outcomes, clinical process measurements, and volume and throughput data.Serve as a liaison between clinical departments and caregivers, offering insights into design strategies.Interpret and apply hospital standards and protocols in day-to-day operations.Lead change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and implementation of new processes.Use data evaluation to determine program requirements, process improvement, and manage change.Participate in business development initiatives, interviews, and end-user engagement.Support the Research & Insights team, offering valuable data-driven insights and strategies.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Clinical License, RN/MD required.Special certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.Experience in data evaluation, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various departments and caregivers.Understanding of hospital standards and protocols.Proven experience in change management strategies.Gresham Smith is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
