Enveda is looking for a Clinical Operations Intern to join our team remotely! The contribution you will make: As the Clinical Operations Intern, you are a highly motivated individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the operational success of clinical trials.  As part of our Early Development team, you will report to the Sr. Director, Clinical Operations. 
\n You get to collaborate on:Assist in the coordination and administration of clinical studies phases I - II, from start-up through close-out.Support the Clinical Operations team in maintaining comprehensive trial documentation in the trial master file (TMF).Help in the preparation and organization of investigator meetings, trial site correspondence, and study material shipments.Help with the development and maintenance of study timelines.Participate in the tracking and management of study supplies, including investigational products and trial materials.Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical operational procedures and workflows.Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners by assisting in the compilation and distribution of reports and updates.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and guidelines. Who will thrive in this role?Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or a related field.Strong interest in clinical research and a desire to learn about clinical trial operations.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.If you don't meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply.
